Yoga Fire is an athletic Yoga practice based in Whangarei for people who want to align and challenge their bodies.



I teach a range of yoga classes at The Loft Yoga & Pilates Studio in Whangarei. By offering several different class types I allow people to choose the style and difficulty that suits them, as well as the heat in which they are done. My classes will challenge you in ways you never thought a yoga practice could.

Classes start at 30 mins and at just $18 a month you can practice daily and reach your goals faster. SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga stands for Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga. A SUP is an 8-9 foot long, very wide and stable surfboard which has become very popular over the last few years and gives us the opportunity to bring yoga onto the water. SUP YOGA reunites two elements: air and water, as we are focusing on our breath whilst concentrating on ourselves.
