Yoga AT THE LOFT
I teach a range of yoga classes at The Loft Yoga & Pilates Studio in Whangarei. By offering several different class types I allow people to choose the style and difficulty that suits them, as well as the heat in which they are done. My classes will challenge you in ways you never thought a yoga practice could.
THE FIRE WITHIN
These yoga lessons are tailored for professional athletes. My aim is to teach them that while strength and fitness achieved through cardio and power workouts are great, there are specific types of yoga that can really augment their training and make them better at their sport.
SUP Yoga stands for Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga. A SUP is an 8-9 foot long, very wide and stable surfboard which has become very popular over the last few years and gives us the opportunity to bring yoga onto the water. SUP YOGA reunites two elements: air and water, as we are focusing on our breath whilst concentrating on ourselves.
