This 4 week workshop series is for anyone who would like to introduce yoga to your life. We will start at the beginning and introduce you to the yoga postures and breathing exercises so that you can learn the practice and feel empowered in your mind, body, and spirit. We begin on February 26, from 9:30-10:30am, and over the next 4 weeks learn how yoga can become an integral part of our lives.
This workshop is for anyone who is new to yoga, hasn't practiced yoga in a long time, or anyone looking to explore the deeper meanings of why we should include yoga in our lives.
It will run for 4 weeks and the cost is $60. All attendees will be given a recorded yoga class to supplement the practice and give you something to work on between classes.
