A common request in yoga classes is doing poses that focus on the hips. This workshop will focus on the pelvis and SI joints and teach us to balance, strengthen, and stabilize in order to create a unified experience in the body. This workshop is open to anyone searching for poses that can be used to safely stretch and strengthen the hips.
What you can expect, is a workshop that gives you practical ways to focus on inner workings of postures that you will see in yoga classes and learn to do them with integration and strength as the focus. So instead of just opening the hips and potentially creating injuries in the future; we stretch and strengthen, as a 2 part system.
