30 Day Yoga Challenge

May is your month to make a commitment to your health and well-being. We are doing a 30 day yoga challenge where you commit to practice yoga every day for 30 days. You can practice in studio, at home, wherever you can fit in a practice. The length of the practice isn’t important, it’s committing to doing it everyday is what’s important.

For the Month of May, at my yoga studio, The Loft Studio you can take the 30 Day challenge and sign up for a once off special price of $100 for unlimited classes for the entire Month of May.

Here are the rules:

1. Do yoga every day, for 30 days, through May 1-31st.
2. If you miss a practice you can make it up by doing two on a different day
3. You can do Asana, mindfulness/meditation or pranayama practices, whatever resonates with you
4. Any length of practice is acceptable. From 5mins to as long as you want. It’s setting aside the time for yourself, for your health and well-being, that what is important.
5. You can practice at my studio, your studio, or online with yogafire.tv.
6. All finishers are entered into the draw for some amazing prizes! For those who wish to be eligible for prizes, but aren't local to me, you can take a picture of your completed chart and email it to me by June 1, 2019.
